Daily records
Eggs laid, hen counts, incubations, candling, hatching, sexing, sale/room placement, rearing… every data point is recorded day after day, pen by pen. The published laying, fertility and hatch rates are calculated from these records — not estimates.
We now have a substantial and entirely unprecedented database for the vast majority of our breeds.
Batch traceability
Each batch is identified and tracked from its creation — starting with egg collection — through the hatchery and rearing, all the way to its distribution to our partners.
A tool built in-house
Our management system was developed in-house for our selection breeding.
We started out with spreadsheet-based tracking, then an intranet system; we began digitalisation in 2024 and reached, in 2026, a fully digitalised production tracking.
Published data
This rigour lets us publish our statistics per breed and per season — a rare level of transparency in our sector.
