Protocols and biosecurity

Biosecurity has always been one of our strengths, and it has intensified considerably as we have grown:

  • closed production site, access restricted to essential personnel only and under conditions (no prior farm visits; our team members may not keep birds at home…);
  • vehicle disinfection at the site entrance;
  • change of clothing when entering the farm; for each building, an entry shower is mandatory…

Monitoring and controls

Each batch is digitally tracked, allowing early detection of any anomaly, and controls are carried out — mycoplasmas and salmonella as a priority.

Our flock is free from mycoplasmas and salmonella — a technical commitment we maintain over time, with testing on every batch and every hatch.
